  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Delivery (Across India): 2–5 business days (depending on location).

  • Express Delivery (Selected Cities): 1–2 business days (extra charges may apply).

  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 8–10 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹1,999.

  • For orders below ₹1,999, a nominal shipping fee will apply.

  • Express shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order status directly through our website or the courier partner’s portal.

5. International Shipping (Optional – Future)

  • Currently, Zuto ships only within India.

  • International shipping will be introduced soon — stay tuned for updates!

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • In case of unexpected delays, our support team will keep you informed.

  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address/contact details provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
