Products purchased from Zuto Store can be returned or exchanged within 5 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

  • The product is not a customized or personalized item (unless explicitly stated).

Items that do not meet the above criteria may not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is inspected and approved by our team. The refund method will typically follow the original mode of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments will be refunded to the same card.

  • Wallet, UPI, or other digital payments will be refunded through the same channel.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
